Aotearoa People’s Network Installation @ Dunedin Public Libraries

Dunedin Public Libraries have joined the Aotearoa People’s Network Kaharoa.

A government funded initiative to enable more people to access and experience the digital world at broadband speed.

As well as surfing the web faster than before, you can also:

* Send emails
* Use Skype
* Flickr your photos online
* Copy documents onto a memory stick, CD or DVD
* Use Microsoft Office
* Create and print a CV
* Create a budget spreadsheet
* Create invitations or posters
* Hunt for a job
* Facebook your mates
* Search digital resources for articles
* Search online encyclopaedias
* Research your family history

and much more….

All of our library branches now offer free wireless access also!
