In For The Kill – Bill Caskie

In for the Kill is an interesting story that takes you inside the daily struggles and triumphs of deer hunting.

Set in the South Island of New Zealand we find out about the use of helicopters and speed boats in the hunting process.

What you would normally think of everyday hunting soon turns sinister with an accidental shooting, or was it?

Another hunter then goes missing and you start to ask yourself ‘was he the original killer or was it foul play?’

It took me a while to get in to this book but once the murders occurred it caught and kept my attention.

If you enjoy hunting then you’ll like this book with its descriptions of our beautiful countryside – even Mosgiel gets a mention!

Don’t be afraid to try something new, you might be surprised just how much you enjoy this title!
