Dunedin is a literary city, the birthplace of Janet Frame and home to writers of national repute including James K Baxter, Brian Turner, Cilla McQueen, Bill Manhire, Ted Middelton, Peter Olds, Diane Brown, Philip Temple, David Eggleton and many more, with Robbie Burns solemnly presiding over the literary landscape.

On 27 July, the Dunedin Public Libraries, Society of Authors and Montana will be bringing you an evening of fine music and poetry with many of Dunedin’s contemporary poets reading from their works.

Be inspired and transported during an unforgettable evening. Why not join us?
