Light Fantastic: Dance Floor Courtship in New Zealand

This little gem from Georgina White is well worth reading. It is beautifully illustrated and explores dance courtship throughout our history. Of particular enjoyment are diary entries describing the romantic anticipation and sense of excitement that could still ring true today.
“Dancing with the Stars” and more than a few recent dance movies have encouraged an increase in dance lesson memberships.

Settle back with the Light Fantastic and relive how it used to be. The illustrations are beautiful and the book is light to hold. This will appeal to older readers. Anyway, you decide for yourself. I think it could be a book award winner.
