Did you know that during the month of March, the DPL conducted a trial delivering library messages by text messaging?

A sample of about 100 library patrons were selected and the trial will now be evaluated, partly based on customer feedback, to determine the future viability.

The DPL is the first public library in New Zealand to use text messaging to communicate with it’s members.
